The Martlet Tattoo Parlor will be at the Seattle Tattoo Convention this coming weekend
Here’s the banner Bryce and i will have at the Seattle convention. The new shop name. Its a weird word we know. But any name for a tattoo shop usually sounds dumb, and we liked it. If you don’t know a Martlet is a swallow without any legs. People used to see them and thought they had no legs since they were so small and that they just kept on flying. Their inability to land came to represent a quest for knowledge, learning and adventure.
Now I’m gonna work on some flash for the Seattle convention. Since I’m in town for a little while I specifically spaced out appointments so I’d have time for some walk ups. Also Ill have 3 different series of 7 linoleum block prints on wood I did, once they’re gone they’re gone, and some small original paintings for sale. Come on by and see me either at the convention or after at Anchor Tattoo in Ballard.
Also don’t forget Bryce Oprandi will be sharing the booth and will have tattoos and artwork for sale.
And Lastly if you want a great tattoo machine or tattoo ink, Brandyn Feldman will be with us in the booth with all that and who knows what else he’ll drag up with him.
